At Agtec LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and we are confident that all of our products will perform well as they are intended. If however you are not 100% satisfied with one of the products purchased from us, we will work with you to address any concerns and allow you to return the products for either a replacement, exchange, or refund within 90 days of receiving your items. Returns and Refunds Policy
All merchandise, except custom products, may be returned. If you are not satisfied with your order, ordered the wrong item, or changed your mind you can return the item for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a new condition, unless the return is due to poor performance falling below reasonable expectations for the product.
Returns are accepted within 90 days of you receiving your order. Once your return has been received, we will process your refund and issue a credit to the original payment method.
In the event that the wrong product was shipped, or if the item received is damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price, as long as it is returned in an unused, unopened condition.
Please contact us for a return authorization number and instructions. We also require that the product is sent back to us securely wrapped, freight prepaid and insured against loss or damage. For defective products still under manufacturer's warranty, please contact us as we may request you to ship the item directly back to the manufacturer.
If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. If you paid by credit card please allow 2–5 business days for your bank to put the refund into your account.
Special Conditions
We strive to apply a fair and individualized approach to assessing every customers return or exchange. While we strive to be fair, there are situations where returns or exchanges may not be accepted, including:
- Custom products that we make to your specifications such as custom sized greenhouse film or pond liners.
- Products that are not returned in either new, resaleable condition unless returned for reasons related to poor product performance below reasonable expectations
- Products damaged - by misuse, abuse, improper care, negligence, incorrect installation or accidents
- Products that have been returned in poor condition or showing excessive wear and tear
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated
- Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Products purchased from third party sellers (Items purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned to them and are subject to their return policies).
Restocking fees
Typically we do not charge restocking fees however we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% when the return of an item causes us undue expense.
