WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP? 

 

 Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on, Sundays or US holidays.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered in which case, we will provide you with an approximate shipment date.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

 

We do our best to make any requested changes, including cancellations, to orders after they have been submitted. If you find you need to make a change to an order you have submitted, please contact us as soon as possible as changes can only be made to orders that have not yet shipped. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to make changes to custom sized products after they are made

An item may only be canceled if it has not already been shipped. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please call Sales: 1-207-692-0700

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are usually shipped via FedEx, although lighter orders may be shipped via USPS, which can be a faster and more cost-effective option for smaller items. Larger orders weighing over 300lbs will typically be shipped via Motor Freight.

DO YOU PROVIDE EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Expedited shipping is available for some of our products. Please note that expedited shipping is processed on weekdays only and expedited may still have a processing time of 24 – 48 hours, you should contact us first for availability. Please order far enough in advance for your order to arrive when needed.

A 2nd Day order placed directly before or during weekend hours will not be processed until Monday, and may not arrive until Wednesday.

If an expedited shipping option is selected for an order and the item or items ordered are ineligible for expedited shipping, we will contact you and give you the option to use an alternate shipping method or to cancel your order.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do offer international shipping, but it depends on the product and the shipping destination. If you are placing an order that must be shipped outside of the USA, please contact us beforehand to ensure that we can accommodate your request.

HOW CAN I GET STATUS UPDATES ON MY ORDER?

 

We do our best to keep customers informed on the status of their orders. Emails are sent with tracking numbers usually within 24 hours of the shipment of the order, and in the event of  an item being backordered. Please call or email sales@agtec.com if you require additional updates.

  

 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

At Agtec, LLC we want to make sure our customers are happy with their buying experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it for a full refund of the purchase price.  For details please see Refunds & Exchanges.

 

 DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE?

 

No. For the security of all our customers, we do not keep personal billing information on file and any credit card used to purchase on our site is purged immediately after it is processed.

 

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD TO ORDER ON YOUR SITE?

 

Absolutely, we use the latest extended validation SSL certificates so all your sensitive details are processed using the strongest encryption methods. Upon processing your payment, your credit card details are immediately purged from our system so they cannot be compromised at a later date. If you prefer not to send your payment information over the internet, please call 1-207-692-0700, and we will be happy to process your payment over the phone.

 

WHEN WILL YOU CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD

 

For security purposes, payments are processed immediately so that credit card details do not have to be stored and risk being compromised. 

 

DO YOU OFFER A WHOLESALE PROGRAM?

Yes. As of 2023 we are offering a selection of products for wholesale to a limited number of retail stores and online retailers. If you are interested in becoming a distributor, please contact us as we are happy to discuss this opportunity with you.
