This heavy-duty analog refractometer is designed for accurate and consistent Brix measurements across a wide range of liquids and semi-liquids. With a 0–32% Brix range, it’s ideal for testing sugar and dissolved solids in fruits, vegetables, grasses, juices, beer and fermenting wines.

The unit is factory-calibrated and rarely requires adjustment, but a calibration screw is provided for zero calibration using distilled water at 20°C (68°F).
