Agtec extra strength trellis support netting is very versatile and can be used horizontally, vertically, and in many other configurations such as vertical cages. Manufactured with high quality polypropylene it is lightweight, robust, flexible, tear-resistant, UV stabilized and resistant to bacteria, chemical agents and mold.

Use with monofilament cables at the double reinforced edge to provide extra strength at the top and bottom of the trellis. (Sold separately)

When used as a vertical support it is ideal for growing vegetables in need of extra reinforcement.  Plants such as peas, tomatoes, pole beans and cucumbers attach easily to the net with no additional tying necessary. This provides greater exposure to air and sun and reduces ground contact which can result in rotten crops, mold, bacteria and fungus.

When the trellis is installed horizontally in layers plants grow through the netting and are supported as they develop. This reduces the need to monitor growth and continually handle plants to tie to supports. This trellis is great for flower beds and is popular with medical marijuana growers due to the stem support for fragile flowers and strong support structure it offers.
