Returns & Exchanges
In the event that the wrong product was shipped, or if the item received is damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no charge or refund the full purchase price, as long as it is returned in an unused, unopened condition.
All merchandise, except custom products, may be returned. If you are not satisfied with your order, ordered the wrong item, or changed your mind you can return the item for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. The item received must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition.
Returns are accepted within 90 days of the original ship date. Once your return has been received, we will process your refund and issue a credit to the original payment method.
Please contact us for a return authorization number and instructions. We also require that the product is sent back to us securely wrapped, freight prepaid and insured against loss or damage. For defective products still under manufacturer's warranty, please contact us as we may request you to ship the item directly back to the manufacturer.
If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. If you paid by credit card please allow 2–5 business days for your bank to put the refund into your account.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on custom products that we make to your specifications such as greenhouse film.
